On Saturday, March 14th, JK will be hosting a public auction for storage units that have gone unclaimed. The auction starts promptly at 9:00 A.M.; with registration and previews beginning at 8:30 A.M. Please note, all attendees must register at the door. If you would like to bid on any items, you will receive your bidder’s card during registration.
The auction will be held at our headquarters with parking available in our main lot. We will have staff on-hand to direct people to registration. Once you are registered and have your bidder’s card, you can enter our warehouse and see all of the lots.
What’s going to be available for auction?
For Saturday’s auction, there will be more than 106 pallets (wooden storage crates) and 11 overflow items including oriental rugs, sofas and a small organ with a bench. Many of the pallets, which are 5 ft. x 7 ft. x 7 ft., contain household items that JK professionally packed and stored. Like our previous auctions, we will be auctioning entire pallets and not individual items within a pallet.
Similar pallets will be available at the auction.
How do I pay?
For payment, JK will accept major credit cards and cash. (Sorry, we will not accept checks.) If you cannot transport your newly acquired items, you can make arrangements with a JK representative on site regarding storage and shipping. Please note that storage and shipping are additional costs.
