As regular readers know, JK strives to deliver an excellent move experience and we thrive on customer feedback. Whether it’s from the Federal Government or Yelp, direct and honest customer feedback helps us improve and grow as a company.
In April, JK became one of the primary household goods carriers for Cartus, the largest relocation service provider in the world.
Cartus is responsible for over 60,000 employee relocations a year. And as a result, has a supplier network of over 70 primary carriers. (Cartus also has a network of 17 secondary carriers.) The transferees are encouraged to fill out a customer service survey for their move. This way Cartus knows the quality of service being provided by their network of carriers. Of the 70 carriers, JK is currently ranked 14th for our top block score. Top block represents those customers who rated our services as excellent.
Each year, Cartus hosts a Global Network Conference, and this year, JK was awarded the Silver Service Award for our level of service to Cartus’ transferring employees. Cartus bases its ranking and awards on evaluation reports performed by the transferees themselves. JK received a customer satisfaction rating between 90-93%. We are pleased to note that JK received a perfect score from 84% of the transferees.
JK is honored to be recognized with the Silver Service Award from Cartus, in our first year as a primary carrier no less! This recognition of delivering an excellent move experience is a credit to our drivers, and crew, and their training. We thank them for all their hard work and effort for every customer, on every move.
