On Saturday, October 10, JK will be hosting a public auction for storage units that have gone unclaimed. Registration and previews begin at 8:30 a.m. The auction starts promptly at 9 a.m. All attendees must register at the door before the auction begins. If you would like to bid on any items, you will receive your bidder’s card during registration.
The auction will be held at the JK headquarters with parking available in the main lot. There will be staff on-hand to direct attendees to the registration area. Once you are registered and have your bidder’s card, you can enter the warehouse and view the lots.
What’s going to be available for auction?
At this auction, over 20 pallets and overflow items will be auctioned off. Many of the pallets, which are 5 ft. x 7 ft. x 7 ft., contain household items that JK professionally packed and stored, such as furniture, artwork, and office equipment. Like our previous auctions, entire pallets will be auctioned off rather then individual items within the pallets.
How do I pay?
JK will accept major credit cards and cash (sorry, no checks). If you cannot transport your newly-acquired items, you can make storage and shipping arrangements with a JK representative on site at an additional cost.
The auction is public and open to all who are interested. Items are often acquired for a fraction of the original price and you could end up with a real steal. Be at the JK headquarters at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10 at to see what you can claim!
