JK Hosts Fall Training Camp

On October 26th, the Commercial Services team at JK Moving and Falcon Crest Contractors teamed up to host a Fall Training Camp for Property and Facility Managers. The goal of this event was to provide an educational, fun seminar geared toward commercial property managers and facility managers. We assigned a “Fall Training Camp” theme as a tribute to football season, and had a special guest with us — former Redskin and Super Bowl Champ, Ravin Caldwell.

Here’s a riddle for you: when is a warehouse NOT a warehouse? Answer: when it’s also a training center for highly-skilled service animals and their handlers. A few times each month at JK, we are honored to welcome several officers and their service dogs from the K-9 Unit of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. These teams of officers and their dogs are specially-trained in finding (or sniffing out, in the dogs’ case) explosives at Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan National Airport.
