I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a great experience I had with Bill J., the foreman. He was professional, kind, responsive, and did an absolutely wonderful job. He took care with my belongings and seemed like a genuinely nice guy and good person. Overall, moving is so stressful, and the experience so exceeded my expectations that I had to write you to tell you how pleasant Bill made it. I wanted it noted in his file so that if your company has some sort of reward or bonus system, Bill would be first in line, he was great!
